Grail Management Group, LLC is a full-service real estate management and brokerage firm founded in 2013 by industry leader, Kevin Grail. We support multi-family communities throughout the United States and specialize in value-add, conventional, tax credit/Section 8, manufactured homes, and distressed/bankrupt properties.

LEADERSHIP

The Principles of Grail Management Group began their careers in real estate management in the early 1980s, and have grown to become industry leaders and experts.

This leadership has shown itself by the results we have achieved for our clients and by positions of leadership in the leading multi-family organizations in the world. As a recent RVP with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and as an active member of the National Apartment Association (NAA) and the Southeast Affordable Housing Management Association (SAHMA), we are able to stay on the cutting edge of multi-housing trends, technology, fair-housing and legal issues.

Effective training of area managers and site staff has been at the heart of our management philosophy. Owner goals and company policies are communicated, implemented, and monitored in a way that insures compliance and “buy-in” from the management team. Our multi-layered approach to training works well including one-on-one in-person visits, Skype, company-wide meetings and WebEx webinars. By fostering a strong team atmosphere, site managers and maintenance staff are able to call upon one another for advice and are share ideas.
